This year the Southern California chapter of the American Public Works Association honored 36 projects at their Project of the Year Awards in December 2014. GMU was part of the project team on six of these projects, including five projects as Geotechnical Engineer of Record. These projects include the City of Chino Hills Community Center, San Ramon Canyon Storm Drain Project (Rancho Palos Verdes), Belmont Temporary Pool (Long Beach), Reata Park (San Juan Capistrano), the El Camino Real Retaining Wall (San Juan Capistrano), and La Paws Dog Park shown below (Mission Viejo).
