GMU continues its work on the Dana Point Harbor project where it provided geotechnical design for the new Commercial Core Development, 2 Hotels, the new Parking Structure as well as Boater Services Buildings. The main geotechnical design constraints included lateral spreading and seismic settlement mitigation, high groundwater, and variable subsurface characteristics. GMU is currently performing special inspection services for the dock improvements being constructed by Bellingham Marine.
