GMU continues to provide comprehensive soils and materials inspection testing services for one of inland Orange County’s largest new single family housing developments. Prior to construction GMU provided geological and geotechnical design services for the very complicated site including: a geologic fault study along the Whittier fault, a 3-D settlement analyses adjacent an exiting MWD water main, a bridge deign evaluation and a comprehensive grading evaluation. In addition, GMU also provided structural engineering services for all site walls including masonry walls, concrete cast-in-place walls and MSE walls.
